Jonathan N. Dilly
Jonathan began his legal career in 2007. He regularly advises clients with respect to entity formation and dissolution, governance and financing and has been extensively involved in negotiations and document preparation for the formation, merger and dissolution of various entities, as well as acquisitions and dispositions by stock and asset sales.
Jonathan’s tax practice extends to issues relating to individuals, corporations, partnerships, tax-exempt organizations and qualified plans. He advises clients with regard to transaction structures and tax planning, and represents taxpayers in various stages of tax controversies and litigation. In addition, he has been intensively involved with qualified pension plans, profit sharing plans and defined contribution plans, assisting clients with navigating complex IRS and governmental regulations. He regularly works with 501(c)(3) and other tax-exempt organizations, advising on the structure, compliance and maintenance of the entity’s qualifications.
Jonathan also represents businesses, investors and real estate management companies in the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing and management of real estate.
