He regularly represents major banks against lender liability and bank fraud claims.
Matthew also provides counsel on real estate development, landlord/tenant issues, contract and lease negotiation, and has experience working with gas producers and pipeline owners on oil and gas leases, right of way agreements and land use disputes.
Before attending law school, Matthew served as a corporate finance manager for a Fortune 50 consumer products company, a global life sciences company and an internet search company. This experience gives him a thorough understanding of the financial issues of transactions and the practical concerns that surround them.
