Daniel V. Hiatt, Jr.
Daniel advises clients on issues ranging from day-to-day business operations to mergers and acquisitions. He provides thoughtful counsel throughout the life cycle of the business, including entity selection and formation, contractual agreements and tax planning. Daniel learns each client’s specific business and industry which enables him to understand and anticipate their concerns, obstacles and opportunities.
He successfully creates long-term relationships with his clients such that he becomes a trusted business adviser. Daniel is particularly adept at assisting business owners plan and execute business transitions and succession plans. He also enjoys working with individuals to develop and implement estate plans tailored to their unique needs and goals, as well as assisting individual and institutional clients in their representative capacities as trustees, executors, and other fiduciary roles. Through all these client relationships, he operates as a risk manager identifying potential concerns and devising innovative strategies to further his client’s personal and professional goals.
