Stephen P. Horn
Stephen has been with the firm for his entire legal career which began in 1987. No matter the case, he works to form real, meaningful connections with his clients and takes the time to understand their individual, personalized needs. Stephen specializes in issues of human rights, equal employment opportunity, and discrimination. His responsibilities have also included assisting clients in the formation and review of employment handbooks and providing guidance to employers on a wide range of issues including employee discipline and termination, minimum wage, overtime pay, child labor, and drug testing.
He has represented individuals and entities in state and federal courts on a wide range of issues including personal injury, products liability, premises liability, insurance defense and coverage, workplace violence, security services, construction defects, contract disputes, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, and lender liability.
